The CDE maintains accountability by tracking a variety of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) related to each workstream. These OKRs are set out in the CDE’s Five-Year Plan, and each OKR has its own “story” that is part of the overall Impact Report. Thus, the bulk of the Impact Report details activity within and towards the OKRs defined in the Five-Year Plan.

Policy and Advocacy
Partners Have a Clear Path Forward with the CDE
OKR: Build a documented engagement strategy to encourage information sharing and effective partnerships (i.e., bring clarity to partner roles across the ecosystem).
Key Result: Onboard six (6) additional partners with a new engagement strategy deepening digital inclusion goals within their organization.
Listening and Learning Are at the Core of CDE Advocacy

Key Result: Partners conduct over 23k digital skilling hours in collaboration with the CDE.
Upskilling Digital Navigators to Address Digital Literacy
OKR: Increase access to digital skilling for residents in the ecosystem.
Key Result: Develop a CDE digital skilling facilitation program to upskill internal digital navigators, increasing capacity to address gaps in services across the ecosystem.
Key Result: Create guidelines for facilitators around the CDE approach to teaching with a focus on workforce development and healthcare.
Digital Navigation
Piloting with Partner Organizations for DN Office Hours
OKR: Expand Digital Navigation (DN) support to ensure we are reaching and empowering covered populations
Key Result: Identify at least four (4) community locations (including one anchor organization) to continue to host DN office hours, collaborating with the advocacy and data program director, focusing on opportunity zones, covered populations, and where gaps may exist.
